The small bar project designed by Newera, together with the Suzhou Center, stands on the bank of Jinji Lake, the national 5A-level tourist attraction of the country's only business travel specialty, connecting Suzhou's classical and modern. Since the beginning of the project design, the Newera design team has hoped to create a brand-new “Chinese Artdeco” bar in this culturally rich city. Therefore, through the in-depth analysis of the local cultural background and market demand, MOJO proposed a derivative from industrialism. The concept of "the colonial industrial style", and the integration of LOUNGE, LIVE HOUSE, PARTY culture, is the exclusive charm of derivative customization.
Different from the prevailing industrial style, “colonial industrial style” is a combination of traditional Chinese culture and industrial style. Designers give MOJO a new meaning through the ultimate interpretation of modern design techniques, presenting consumers with a local The unique way of life and entertainment for young people.
The case is divided into two layers. The designer controls the complex structure of the traditional enamel and the scale of the wrought iron. The leisure, freedom and comfort of the Chinese-style “louge” culture are brought to the extreme. The slender and elegant wrought iron column, guardrail and glass frame convey the uniqueness of Suzhou, while the relatively rough wall material is used to enhance the visual impact of the space and solve the echo problem better, giving the guests enjoy the music and taste buds. Afterwards, I feel the humanity and ingenuity of MOJO design, which infinitely activates space energy.
From the whole project, “meal” and “bar” are subordinate and main relationships, so in the functional layout and soft installation, designers use a lot of practical materials such as cement board, rust iron, terrazzo, and With a partial embellishment of brushed bronze titanium, the functionality is fully realized. “There is a uniqueness in the classics, the freedom in the tradition” consciousness can be seen everywhere in the design details of this bar. The curtains and green plants softened in the space are used to create a relaxed, free, comfortable and stylish fashion. The quality of the space style.
The design concept of this case is in line with the business purpose and the cost control is precise. Due to the reasonable layout of the function, in the shared space, music, art, leisure, food and other spaces are systematically serving the whole project, and Artdeco colonial industrial style is perfectly combined with local culture, LOUNGE, LIVE HOUSE, PARTY, not the same.
