Mr. Imperial Member Club is located in Changchun, a cultural city known as “Oriental Detroit”. The original two-storey building was designed by a well-known Japanese architect. The Newera design team was invited to renovate the interior space. From the beginning to the completion, designers have been trying to answer two questions: first, how to deal with the relationship between indoor and architectural sites; second, how to build a brand new urban landmark club.
In this regard, the Newera design team hopes to use the material space as the carrier and the "elegance, elegance, fashion, art, culture" as the orientation, through the ideological nature of different spatial functions, to achieve a high-end group that is both modern and elegant, and for business and leisure. The private territory and the ultimate integration of interior, architecture and landscape.
“Introduction to luxury, and low-key and quiet” is the expression of space intention pursued by designers. Therefore, the design scale is fully considered in the design method, and the neo-classicalism is interpreted by fashion, which is in sharp contrast with modern Japanese gardens. The gallery, which is enclosed by transparent floor-to-ceiling glass, is an aesthetic extension that encompasses the natural beauty of the outdoors.
The large and tall central reception hall is connected by the giant wrought iron art shape and the extended reception area. The collision of metal and stone, the embellishment of the red fabric, reveals the essence of the modern luxury of the emperor. Gives space a layered, interlaced visual sense that blends perfectly with the high-gray of the big background.
The attention and persistence of the details in each design step follows the ingenuity, and the modern fashion soft-fit with “zero ink and ink” reflects the texture of the space.
The ecological water droplets and the tree-shaped lightings describe a state of stripping, which is in opposition to the overall artistic conception of the space.
